MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: (optional).

A Standard Maintenance Agreement may be included with the rental of an instrument.

The $4.00 monthly fee for this option would not apply to any purchase option offered in the rental agreement.

During the rental period, the $4.00/month Maintenance Agreement fee provides for the instrument to be maintained in playing condition, providing all rental agreement payments are current at the time the instrument is turned in for repair.

Damages resulting from abuse, misuse, or neglect with regard to the care of the instrument are not covered by this agreement.

Maintenance coverage shall include dents on brass instruments (which affect the free movement of the pistons, rotors, playing slides or tuning slides), repair of cracks on wood clarinets, replacement of broken bridge, rehairing of bows and the replacement of drum heads.

Maintenance does not cover restoration of finishes or replacement of expendable items such as reeds, lubricants, straps, mouthpieces, sticks, mallets or strings.

No other repair facility other than Mr. E's Music is authorized to perform this maintenance.

The $4.00 Maintenance Agreement fee is paid each month in addition to the base rental fee of the rented instrument.

The maintenance agreement is subject to cancellation if payments are not current.

This repair/maintenance agreement will terminate when rental is terminated or cancelled.
